Our Passion
The creation of High Society Charcuterie was inevitable for me. I have been working in the food industry for as long as I can remember. My father was a chef and my mother a caterer! I have learned from the best. I'm Italian and learned so much from my mother and grandmother. I had an amazing opportunity to travel abroad to Italy and discovered a passion for charcuterie, wine and pairings. I have a natural love for delicious food and creating beautiful platters. My hobby in creating edible works of art is blossoming into a career and I am so excited for what the future holds. I truly find great joy in knowing that my creations bring people together.
