Our Passion
The creation of High Society Charcuterie has always felt like a natural next step for me. Growing up in the food industry, with a chef for a father and a caterer for a mother, I was immersed in the culinary world from an early age. Being Italian, I was fortunate to learn from both my mother and grandmother, who passed down their love and knowledge of food. My passion deepened during a life-changing trip to Italy, where I fell in love with charcuterie, wine, and the art of pairing flavors. Over time, what began as a creative hobby—crafting edible works of art—has blossomed into a fulfilling career in charcuterie catering. I take pride in my commitment to local food sourcing and have a genuine love for creating beautiful, delicious platters. I find immense joy in bringing people together through food, especially when sharing fine charcuterie. I’m truly excited for what lies ahead on this journey.
